Lawn Care: Questions & Answers

Q. We have a lot of weeds in the lawn. Can we apply weedkiller now to get rid of them?

A. October really is too late to apply weedkiller, it will not be very effective now. The last mowing will keep the weeds in check until next spring when you can treat for weeds.
