Lawn Care: Questions and Answers

Q. I have to let my dog out onto the lawn to do his thing but I’m worried his urine is damaging the grass, what can I do?

A. With the grass being mostly dormant at this time dog urine can be an issue. It’s a good idea to have a watering can handy and heavily water the area after he ‘goes’. Tedious but effective and do clear up dog faeces and dispose of them: a ‘dog loo’ is a good way to keep the garden clean for you and your family.
