Lawn Care: Questions and Answers

Q. I have mole hills appearing on my lawn, making a real mess. Is there a product I can use to get rid of the mole.

A.  You need a certificate of training to use Aluminium phosphide products to gas the mole. We have tried SORK anti-mole bulbs to good effect . Once planted in the soil they release a smell the moles hate and they should move away. Alternatively get a professional in or use traps, though again this is probably best done by the mole catcher.
