Lawn Care: Questions & Answers

Q. Is it safe to lay turf in November and won’t the frosts kill the grass?

A. November is still relatively mild for the soil compared to hard frosts in January and February. November is actually a good time to lay turf, so long as the surface is suitably prepared.
